Terms & disclaimers
Last updated on publication. These terms govern your use of MyPetGevity.
1. What this service is
MyPetGevity provides education, research summaries, assessment tools, tracking software, reports and community access. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions or veterinary services of any kind. Membership is not a substitute for examination and care by a licensed veterinarian.
2. Investigational compounds
Peptides and other compounds discussed in our materials are investigational. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in companion animals. Any materials supplied to members are provided for research purposes only. Nothing in our materials is a recommendation to administer any compound to any animal.
3. Veterinary consultation
You agree to consult a licensed veterinarian before administering any compound to your pet. You are solely responsible for decisions made about your animal’s care. MyPetGevity does not determine whether a compound is appropriate for your pet and does not establish veterinary doses.
4. Emergencies
This service is not appropriate for urgent medical decisions. If your pet is showing emergency symptoms, contact your veterinarian or an emergency clinic immediately rather than using this service.
5. Membership, billing and access
Six-month programs are sold as six monthly payments of $99 or one payment of $499. Monthly payments may be stopped at any time; no further payments will be taken, and access ends when the paid period concludes. Access is not retained beyond the period paid for. PetHEAL is a one-time $99 purchase, credited in full against a six-month program if you upgrade within 30 days.
6. Intellectual property
Protocol frameworks, module content, assessment instruments and research summaries are the property of MyPetGevity and are licensed to members for personal use with their own animals. They may not be redistributed, resold or published.
7. No guarantee of outcome
Individual results vary. Nothing in our materials is a promise or projection of any specific health outcome, improvement, recovery or lifespan for any animal.
8. Accuracy of information you provide
Assessments, reports and recommendations for educational pathways are generated from information you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy. Owner-reported information in any veterinary report is labelled as such and is not verified by MyPetGevity.
