How billing works
This is a six-month program. Choose six monthly payments of $99 or one payment of $499. Monthly payments may be stopped, but access ends when the paid period concludes — if you stop during month three, your access runs to the end of month three and no further payments are taken.
We do not describe this as “cancel anytime,” because that would imply you keep the material. You do not — access ends with the paid period.
What membership is not
Membership provides educational content, software, tracking tools, assessments, research materials and community access. Veterinary services are not yet included. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe or provide dosing instructions, and membership does not replace an examination by a licensed veterinarian.
Payment questions
The money part, plainly.
What happens if I stop the monthly plan early?
No further payments are taken, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your assessment history and reports remain downloadable for 30 days after access ends.
Is the $499 refundable?
If you have not opened the Month One material, yes — in full, within 14 days. Once the material has been accessed, we prorate to the months you have used.
Does PetHEAL count toward a full program?
Yes. If you buy PetHEAL for $99 and upgrade to a six-month plan within 30 days, the $99 is credited in full against whichever plan you choose.
Can I run two pathways at once?
You can, but we would rather you did not start that way. One pathway for the first 90 days gives you a clean baseline. Members who want to add a second pathway after the day-90 reassessment can do so at a reduced rate.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout runs through PayPal Business, which accepts cards as well as PayPal balances. Additional paid-in-full options are being added. Recurring monthly billing is available through PayPal only.
