Pathway 01 · Six months
For senior pets experiencing changes in orientation, sleep, interaction, learned behaviors or mental sharpness.
Who it is for
Cognitive change in an older animal rarely announces itself. It looks like pacing after dark, a stare at a wall, a greeting that comes a beat late, or a house-training lapse in a pet who has not had one in a decade.
Owners tend to attribute all of it to age and stop counting. This pathway exists to make you count — because a change you have written down is a change you and your veterinarian can actually talk about.
What is monitored
Scored at baseline, weekly, monthly, and again in full at day 90 and day 180.
The six-month schedule
Canine cognitive dysfunction literature, neurotrophic signalling, BDNF expression, synaptogenesis, circadian and sleep-wake regulation, neuroinflammation, and the limits of rodent models when applied to companion animals.
Which compounds appear in this pathway, and in what order, is proprietary. See the full library →
Cognitive signs overlap with pain, hearing loss, vision loss, endocrine disease and several other things a website cannot see. Your vet rules those out; we track what remains, on a schedule.
You can invite your vet to view your pet’s reports directly during enrollment.
